PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS - PUBLIC BIDDING

The Borough of Pine Hill intends to award a contract for the provision of professional services as follows:

1. Solicitor

2. Auditor

3. Engineer

4. Bond Counsel

based upon the following criteria:

1. Appropriate professional license

2. Sufficient staff

3. Experience and familiarity with the Borough

4. Proposed fees

Interested parties should provide a written response addressing each criteria to the Borough Clerk in a sealed envelope by December 5, 2008 at 11AM . The responses will be opened in public, reviewed by the appropriate Borough officials and reported to Borough Council for the award of the contract.
