Emergency Operations Plan:
Introduction: The purpose of this Emergency Operations Plan is to protect lives and property of the residents of the borough of Pine Hill
in emergencies by coordinating response activities of municipal and volunteer entities to ensure their optimum use. It
provides for actions to be taken to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from the affects of an emergency. This plan is an all hazards approach to emergency management and covers natural disasters, technological disasters, and
national security crises. It must be acknowledged that this plan serves as a guide and provides the foundation for most
emergencies; however, inevitably there will be times when we must deviate from it. These decisions will be made by the
Emergency Management Coordinator or the deputy coordinator as required.
