ABSENT:     Mr. Castor, Mr. Gallagher, Mr. Hallworth

Mr. Hartman, Mr. McCauley and Mr. Waddington were sworn in as members.

Mr. Hartman was seated as a voting member.

Mr. Harris made a motion to appoint Mr. Dave Carlamere, Esq. as Solicitor of the Planning/Zoning Board and this was seconded by Mayor Costantino, all others “ayed”.

Mr. Harris made a motion to appoint Mr. Alan Ippolito as Engineer of the Planning/Zoning Board and this was seconded by Mr. Whipps, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

Mr. Harris made a motion to appoint Mrs. Costantino as Chairman of the Planning/Zoning Board and this was seconded by Mr. Waddington, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mayor Costantino to appoint Mr. Harris as Vice chair and was seconded by Mr. Waddington, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mr. Harris to appoint Fran Reilly as Planning/Zoning Board Secretary and was seconded by Mayor Costantino, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mr. Waddington and was seconded by Mr. Harris to appoint the Courier Post and Record Breeze as official newspaper all other “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mr. Waddington to approve the dates as listed above for the Planning/Zoning Board meetings was seconded by Mr. Harris all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mr. Whipps to approve the minutes of September 11, 2007 and was seconded by Mr. Waddington, Mayor Costantino abstained due to this being a use variance, all others “ayed” MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mayor Costantino to approve the minutes of November 13, 2007 and was seconded by Mr. Harris, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.

RESOLUTIONS:

ArcVision (KFC) A motion was made by Mr. Harris to approve this resolution and was seconded by Mayor Costantino, all others “ayed” with the exception of Councilman Green, Mr. Reilly, Mr. Waddington, who “abstained”. MOTION CARRIED.

Third Fairway A motion was made by Mr. Harris to approve this resolution and was seconded by Mayor Costantino, all others “ayed”, with the exception of Councilman Green, Mr. Reilly, Mr. Waddington, who “abstained”. MOTION CARRIED.

Ron Baker: Erial Road: A motion was made by Mr. Harris to approve this resolution and was seconded by Mayor Costantino, all others “ayed”, with the exception of Councilman Green, Mr. Reilly, Mr. Waddington, who “abstained”. MOTION CARRIED.

A motion was made by Mr. Harris to adjourn and was seconded by Mr. Waddington, all others “ayed”. MOTION CARRIED.
