Effective Monday, June 15, 2020, the Borough Hall will reopen to the public.
The following procedures/rules will apply.
Until further notice, business hours for the public will be Monday thru Friday, 9:30am – 11:30am and again 1:30pm – 3:30pm.
During these times, a Borough employee will be stationed at the reception desk located in the vestibule of the front entrance to the building and they will be responsible for greeting and instructing the public. The instructions will include:
- Confirm that the individual(s) is wearing the proper facial covering and if not, advising them that that are not permitted to enter.
- Determine which department(s) the individual is requesting to call on.
- If the building is currently at the maximum occupancy based on the safe distancing calculations (Refer to map for details), obtain a cellular telephone number when applicable and request that the individual(s) wait in their vehicle until you call to advise them that that can enter. If the individual(s) do not have a cellular telephone, request they wait in their vehicle and reenter when they see someone exit.
- After determining that the individual(s) can continue with their visit, have them complete the “Check List Form Visitors” form.
